Collection and Processing　事業部

　Collection and Processing事業部( CPとは、Collection And Processingの略　2021年10月にスタート)は、２つの事業を柱としています。

　１つはCollectionとして、鮮魚の新規の集荷を担当する新しい部署です。年々鮮魚の市場経由率が低下しておりますので、弊社から積極的に荷主(漁業関係者)様へ直接アプローチして、鮮魚の集荷を進めて参ります。場合によっては、自社の保冷車により、集荷を致します。

Processingとは、鮮魚の加工事業です。鮮魚の加工依頼を受注致します。荷主様他からのご要望に応じて弊社グループの加工工場にて加工、冷凍を行うといった業務を進めて参ります。他には新規の商品の開発、企画、輸出に関する事業を実施します。

　また、BIPとは、Business Improvement Project の略で、社内の業務改善を進めていく部署です。既存業務内容を把握し、IT等の活用のほか、各個別業務の見直し等を行い、より効率的な業務遂行を目指すものです。

The Collection and Processing Division (CP, which stands for Collection And Processing started in October 2021), has two main businesses.

One is a new department as a Collection that is responsible for the collection of new fresh fish. Since the rate of fresh fish via the market is decreasing year by year, we will actively approach shippers (fishery related persons) directly and proceed with the collection of fresh fish. In some cases, we will pick up by our own cooling car.

Processing is the processing business of fresh fish. We will receive an order for processing of fresh fish. We will proceed with processing and freezing at our group's processing plant according to requests from shippers and others. In addition, we carry out projects related to the development, planning, and export of new products.

BIP stands for Business Improvement Project and is a department that promotes internal business improvement. In addition to grasping the contents of existing business and utilizing IT, etc., we aim to carry out more efficiently by reviewing each individual business.
